Zeia Foods was initially founded by our chief baker, Cheryl Keith, as Berry Delicious Bakery in 2009. In 2012 Cheryl narrowed her focus from creating a variety of great tasting gluten free baked goods to preparing the perfect gluten free pizza crust. Since then she has worked to supply restaurants across New England with gluten free pizza crusts more delicious than people thought possible. In 2018, Karena Kirby and Katie Hemingway partnered with Cheryl with the mission of making our crusts more accessible to the growing gluten free community.
