Our crust can be refrigerated up to 10 days from frozen state!
Preheat a conventional oven to 450°F. Remove crust from packaging and place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet, do not thaw. When oven reaches temperature, place pan on the middle or lower rack. Bake for 11–13 minutes, checking for desired crispness. Cook times may vary. Remove from oven and let sit for 2–3 minutes. Pizza Stone: Heat stone for 15 minutes at 450°F. Then, lower to 420°F and bake for 18–20 minutes.
Our crusts are safe in the freezer for up to one year! Check the Best By sticker on your crust for the date.
